About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Stitchfable website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm availability, size, price and timing, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Hand embroidery
Every piece is embroidered by hand, so small variations in stitching and colour are part of its character, not a flaw. Colours may look slightly different on screen.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Pieces are made in small artisan batches, so availability and delivery dates are only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Alterations and custom orders
Free alterations are included as described on our story page. Custom and occasion orders are made to the details you give us, and we'll confirm them with you before we begin.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Stitchfable designs, embroidery motifs, logos and text belong to Stitchfable. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
